Arken TULEGENOV

Hey! I am Arken, born and raised in Kazakhstan, where over 130 different nationalities peacefully live under one roof. From childhood, I learned the skill of building harmony through diversity.

When I am not busy with my studies and work, I love exploring something new - I love the thrill of discovery. Whether it is a new movie or a book, new ideas or new connections, I am always curious! I am passionate about judo, learning more about different cultures and languages (I speak Kazakh, Russian, English and Italian, and I hope to learn more), urbanism and civil engineering (though I am an accounting student), and, of course, history (I’m also a history nerd!).

As a Spark Global Leader, I believe in the power of knowledge, understanding and communication regardless of the environment and the background. I plan to organize initiatives and engaging activities that would help “break the ice” and make campus life more vibrant!
