Ongsa SAMORAPOOM

Hi everyone, I'm Ongsa. I'm a Year 1 from Thailand, Bangkok studying in the Technology & Management Dual Degree Programe. I think what I add to Spark Global's diversity is a slightly unusual position: I'm spending my next 7 years in Hong Kong on only English, hopefully picking up some Mandarin and Cantonese along the way. Meeting people from all over is honestly my favorite part of this, and I love that Spark Global is the kind of community where everyone fits in from day one.

Outside class, most of my projects come from one habit: taking a system from one place and rebuilding it somewhere else. Otherwise, I play guitar and get happily lost in the parts of a city no guidebook mentions. For SG 26-27, I mainly want to make a newcomer's first year feel like something they'd actually enjoy.
