Hana YOON

Hey there, I’m Hana! I’m currently a first-year student in the School of Business and Management, and I can't be more excited for what life at HKUST has in store for me. I’m ethnically South Korean, but I was born and raised in the vibrant, diverse city of Hong Kong, which has given me a unique perspective on life.

I love food, cinema, and music—especially R&B. They bring me so much joy. As a Spark Global Leader, I’m passionate about fostering a sense of interconnectedness and cultural empathy, something I really believe in thanks to my experiences in Hong Kong. I’m here to help make HKUST a warm and welcoming community for everyone, no matter their background.
