Joey WAT

Hiya, I’m Joey (she/her) :) I was born and raised in Hong Kong and I have gotten to know the various faces of the city quite well. In high school, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to study in an international boarding school in Hong Kong and lived with people from different cultures and social backgrounds, I was fascinated to learn each of their aspirations. I thrived in that global and welcoming community and this propelled me into wanting to take part in creating a similar space for others.

In my free time, I love playing ukulele, learning cool physics stuff, reading (love books of any genre), baking bread for my friends and family and watching cartoons; feel free to give me some good cartoons recommendations! ;) 

Through Spark Global, I hope to meet people from diverse backgrounds and share the things that we are deeply passionate about. Bringing people together through this wonderful serendipity, I hope to equip them with inspirations for their future!
