Katherine WONG

Hey guys! It’s Katherine (she/her), a local Business student. I absolutely love talking to people with diverse backgrounds. University has been a blast so far since I got to know a lot of you who’ve lived a completely different life from mine. It’s always so cool to get to know about new people and their stories!

I am learning Korean, and have also learnt Spanish in the past. I have a variety of things to do in my spare time because I'm not the type to always stick to routine. I enjoy swimming, playing basketball and volleyball. I also do scuba diving from time to time. Most of the time you'll catch me listening to K-pop with my earphones while studying. I also do quite a bit of volunteer work in my spare time.

As a Spark Global Leader, I hope to foster long-term friendships between people since finding like-minded friends is never easy in universities. I would also love to be the connection between people from different backgrounds and engage everyone in future Spark Global events. Hope to meet y’all soon!
