Javan LAM

Hi everyone, this is Javan! I was born and raised here in Hong Kong and am currently a final year student studying Computer Engineering. I love travelling to explore wonderful places, photography (though I only have little artistic sense), and cycling. This combination has led me to discover many hidden gems in HK, so feel free to hit me up if you're up for some exploration! :)

I have always believed that language acts as the bridge between diverse cultures. As an (aspiring) polyglot (fluent in Cantonese, English, Mandarin; intermediate in French and Korean), I'm looking forward to putting my language skills to use by exchanging thoughts with international students! Through Spark Global, I aim to help international students gain a unique perspective of HK, and insights into Chinese and Asian cultures — something fresh and unknown to many.
